
Molly graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. After graduating Molly worked as a Physiotherapist for 2 years within different areas in NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
Following this she successfully became a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within NHSGGC, where she continues to currently work. As part of her role, she leads a dynamic virtual lower limb rehab class for patients who struggle with daily functional movement due to de-conditioning or pain.
As well as this, Molly has built up experience at GHK rugby club over 3 seasons, and has expertise in the management of sports related injuries and sports specific return to play rehab.
She also runs her own successful pilates business, is an APPI certified instructor and has been teaching for 2 years. She is passionate in all things pilates and exercise and enjoys combining both her Physio and pilates knowledge into her rehab programmes for clients.
Molly is a very outgoing individual who regularly runs, cycles and enjoys weight training at the gym. She loves sharing her passion for a healthy mind and body to support individuals achieve their movement goals and progress within their fitness journeys.
She is a member of the CSP and is HCPC registered.
