We understand that you may need to change or cancel your appointment. Charges are in place to cover admin/ overheads / loss of income and apply from 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours or do not attend your appointment you will still be charged the full appointment fee.

Insurance Claims Cancellations:
If you are covered by one of our registered insurance providers, please be aware that you remain liable for any extra costs associated with your treatment (this may be an excess on your policy). Prior to any treatment we will require your authorisation code and note of any excess on your policy.
As above, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your insurers will be liable to pay the full amount of that consultation fee.
