Kate Lough has been a pelvic health physiotherapist for over 25 years. She is a full member of the Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy group (POGP). Currently Chair of POGP, she has held various posts for the last 15 years. She is a POGP Prolapse short course tutor.
Kate is a qualified Pilates instructor, has a Diploma in Psychosexual Medicine and recently completed a PhD in prolapse related research.
She chaired the UK Pessary use for prolapse guideline group which launched the first UK Pessary Guideline in March 2021.
Kate has experience in all aspects of women's and men's health.
