Javier graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in June 2026.
Javier comes from a background in dance, fitness and sports therapy. He trained in ballet at several prestigious schools across North America before graduating from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a BA in Modern Ballet in 2014. He is also a qualified personal trainer and gained an HND in Sports Therapy from City of Glasgow College in 2022.
Alongside his 4 yrs of physiotherapy training, Javier worked in neurological rehabilitation at Revive MS Support, where he supported people living with Multiple Sclerosis to manage their symptoms, improve their fitness and work towards their individual goals. His background in dance, strength and conditioning and rehabilitation has given him a particular interest in helping people stay active and return to the activities that are important to them.
Javier is passionate about helping people understand their pain, build confidence in movement and get back to doing the things they enjoy. Outside of work, Javier loves exploring Glasgow’s local bakeries and is always happy to recommend a favourite
